How I Got Started
Like many others, I got very bored during Covid Lockdown and started to watch a few videos on Youtube about Brewing Wine and Mead. The idea of making mead really peaked my interest mainly due to my lockdown addiction to a certain TV show about Vikings.
I Started by making a traditional mead and I was hooked. Experimenting with wines, meads and ciders. The amount i was brewing was increased due to the general price of purchasing commercial alcohol and the fact that the laws keep making commercial alcohol either more expensive or weaker.
Lately I have been experimenting more and sharing these recipes and ideas with friends and always seem to get positive feedback. For that reason, I decided to start this website and blog to share them with more people and to hopeful get feedback and other ideas.
